This course is the second of two parts to an integrated engineering innovate-and-design curriculum which aims to introduce a systematic engineering design process to you and provide a design project experience to develop your design skills. The course therefore aims to provide you with the knowledge and experience of product/system design, prototype-building and testing, culminating in a design project with you working in teams to innovate multi-disciplinary engineering design solutions to practical problems with commercial/social/environmental considerations.
