This course provides an introduction to the fundamental principles of management. The frameworks, concepts and theories covered in the course explain how they can be used to deal with the diversity of issues faced in the management of organisations that have been transformed by social, technological, and environmental changes. How management goes about in its key tasks of managing strategy, structures, and systems is examined in this course.
