This course is a progression from the Level 3 course where most of the syllabus under the JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) Level 4 will be covered. Conversation practices are taught through the exploration of interesting and relevant topics enabling immediate practical usage. Students will also gain deeper understanding of complex Japanese social practices where the mode of speech is determined by corresponding variations in human relationships and behavior. An addition of approximately 280 words, 20 sentence patterns and 60 kanji characters will be covered in the syllabus.
