This course exams the application of psychological principles to recruiting, job candidate assessment and selection, training, performance appraisal, and separation - the complete work cycle. In doing so, the course builds on basic principles of psychological research methods, and individual difference testing, and learning & development theories. The topics will be examined from individual, organizational, and cultural aspects.
