It is a seminar-based course designed to equip students with a broad understanding of contemporary public policy theories, practices, and innovations. The module explores the evolution of public policy from classical foundations to modern approaches, while engaging students with real-world challenges such as governance innovation, digital transformation, climate change, social inclusion, gender equality, and sustainability. Through interactive lectures, group discussions, debates, case studies, and applied group projects, students will critically analyze how public policies are designed, decided, and implemented under conditions of complexity and uncertainty.
