This course focuses on developing the knowledge and skills needed to build and sustain longterm professional relationship and network with high net worth customers in the private banking and wealth management space. The course is highly interactive, and it will prepare students with experiential learning to manage client relationship via case studies, role-plays, group project, and interactions with real life private bankers. Students will also learn to handle different types of customers, manage difficult conversations and situations, build a sustainable network, and foster lasting and rewarding relationship with customers in the real world of wealth management. Students interested in a career in the front office of private banking and wealth management, as well as those who are interested in cultivating practical relationship management skill, should take this course.
